Also, with this same lineup but Trey instead of Herb, how even more dangerous does this become?

At full strength, does Matt Ryan get on the floor and what does this mean for Naji?

Can't wait for Trey to be a part of this. Honestly I fear Matt loses his minutes to Naji but I hope that's not the case

Is it just because Naji been on team longer and familiar with things? I would think the more shooting the better as we see in the first 4 games

Yeah I think Willie is pretty loyal to his players which is both good and can be a blind spot. It's what creates a ton of buy in

My two observations:

1) Zion had a bad game. He needs to diversify his offense rather than always trying to go left. All other starts had a +/- at +8 or better. Zion had a -7 game. That tells you he did not play defense well, and the offense was better when he was not on the floor.

2) Pels shot a garbage 58% from the free throw line (17-29). The game was closer than it should have been because of this.

A lot of the +/- is related to who gets to participate in the shooting lineup (hint, it's not Zion). But I agree he had a poor game on both ends despite what I would say was a good 3rd quarter for him

Do you think this could work with Z instead of JV? I feel like the gravity Z would attract on the role would open up shooter so much more. I’m not saying we should do that, I’m just asking your thoughts. Thanks for all your work!

I would love to see Z instead of Herb and not JV, but instead of JV could work too.

I'm thinking Z as the handles, JV screener, 3 shooters spacing
